Where we started
- The shops' till software is old and cannot be touched: every sale goes through it.
- Each shop has its own managers, and each of them should see only their own figures.
- With such a large catalogue, nobody could say what really sold in each shop and what had not moved for months.
Try it yourselfManagement system for shop chains
Made-up data. One item at a time, shop by shop: change who you are and see what you get to see.
Head office sees every shop, purchase prices and margins.
| Shop | In the shop | Sold in 7 days | Lasts | Grade | Purchase price | Margin per piece |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Head office | 42 | 18 | 16 days | A | €3.10 | €4.85 |
| Shop 2 | 6 | 9 | 4 daysrunning out | A | €3.10 | €4.85 |
| Shop 3 | 25 | 2 | 87 days | C | €3.10 | €4.85 |
| Shop 4 | 3 | 11 | 1 dayrunning out | A | €3.10 | €4.85 |
The system suggests grade A, B, C or D from sales. Anyone with permission can change it, a shop assistant too, and the change is signed.
What the system does
- For every item, shop by shop: how many pieces there are, how many sold and how many days they will last
- Sales grades A, B, C and D suggested by the system, which a shop assistant can correct too: every change is signed
- Each shop sees only its own data, head office sees everything; whoever lacks the permission never receives purchase prices and margins
- It works on a phone, inside WeChat too, in Chinese, Spanish and English
How we built it
- Each shop's till computer runs a single program of ours that only reads: it writes nothing, opens no ports, changes no network settings, and every 30 seconds sends the cloud only what has changed.
- Only items, stock, deliveries in and pieces sold per item per day leave the shop: no receipts, no takings, no customer data.
- Permissions by person, shop and function: who sees what, who sees purchase prices, who changes grades, who can delete. Logins and every change stay on record.
- The data exports to Excel whenever you want, and deletes with one click, without touching the till.
What you can check
- Since October 2026 the shops are being connected one by one, all of them: the first, Motril, has been sending its till data in real time since 9 October.
- The demo above uses made-up data: the real system works on the shops' data, and has no version that can be shown.
