1. Who runs this website

VolpeBox, and 灵狐盒子 in Chinese, is the brand under which Fortune Venture S.r.l. builds websites and management systems.

2. What this website is

It is a presentation website. It sells nothing online, takes no payments, registers no accounts and runs no shopping cart. The pages describe what we do and show work that is already live.

What you read here is not an offer to the public: it is information. No engagement starts from the website.

3. Quotes and contracts

Every job starts from a written quote. Prices, timing, what is included, what is not, maintenance, warranties and liability live there, and only there are they binding. The package descriptions on this site are there so we understand each other before we talk: they do not replace the quote and they bind neither side.

4. Who owns the content

Text, images, graphics, the mark and the code of this website belong to Fortune Venture S.r.l., unless stated otherwise. You may read them, print them and share the link. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse them to build another website or commercial material without asking in writing.

Client names, trademarks and screenshots belong to their respective owners and appear here as examples of work carried out.

5. Links to other websites

The project pages link to our clients' websites, which they run themselves. What is on them, how they change and how they handle data is not up to us: once you leave volpebox.com, that site's terms and privacy notice apply.

6. How accurate this is

Pages are updated when what they describe changes, but they may contain errors or describe a situation that has moved on. Measured figures carry their date and source inside the sentence: they hold for that date, not forever. If you find something that does not add up, write to us and we will fix it.

7. Availability

We keep the site online with care, but it may be unreachable because of maintenance, server failures or causes outside our control. We do not guarantee that it is always reachable or free of errors.
