Monthly plans, optional

After the 30 free days you can pay for each job, or choose a monthly plan: the basic plan keeps what you bought online, up to date and secure, and the plan with changes adds the hours in the table every month, for the things you want to change. The plan is optional and can be cancelled whenever you like: it is not a fee to use the site or the system, which stay yours without it. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month; extra hours cost €75 each. On the showcase site, changes stay per job. Prices include VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

The showcase site costs €200, the site with modules €2,000, the complete system €10,000. Prices include VAT. Domain and hosting are not included: they are agreed separately, or they come with the monthly plan. It starts with a free conversation, and the quote comes in writing.

Do the code and the domain stay mine?

Yes. The site is paid once: the code and the domain stay yours. Domain and hosting are paid separately, on terms we agree together.

Is maintenance included in the price?

For the first 30 days after delivery, yes: support and small changes are free, on the site and on the system. After that every job has its price: a small update costs €30 on the site and €200 on the system; a complete change costs €200 on the site, a major change to the system €2,000. If you prefer a fixed amount, there is the monthly plan: €15 for the showcase site, €69 for the site with modules, €219 for the complete system.

How many languages do you build the site in?

The showcase site is in two languages: English, plus Italian, Chinese or Portuguese as you prefer. With the module site and the complete system it is three: English plus two of Italian, Chinese and Portuguese. Each language has its own pages and its own URLs.

Can I start with the site and add the features later?

Yes, and it is the way we suggest. You start from the showcase site and add only the useful modules: bookings, orders, stock, customers, tax. They can be added later, when you need them.

What happens after delivery?

We stay: technical support, integrations and updates. The first 30 days are free; after that, work is paid at the rates on this page, or with a monthly plan.

Is the monthly plan mandatory?

No. The site and the system are paid once and stay yours: the monthly plan is a service, not a fee to use them. You take it if it suits you and cancel it whenever you like, from the following month. Without a plan, domain and hosting are agreed separately and each job is paid at the rates on this page.

I already have a technical team: do I need a plan?

Not necessarily. The code is yours and we can hand it over to your team, with documentation and training: the handover is counted in days, €600 a day. If you would rather we stay behind them for defects, servers and security, while your team handles the everyday requests, the plan costs €49 a month for the site with modules and €159 for the complete system; if you run the server yourselves, €29 and €99. We review your team's changes by the hour, €75 an hour, and problems that come from them are fixed by the hour, outside the plan.
